Welcome to the submission requirements and guidelines page of the First Al-Madinah International Conference on Applied Prophetic Medicine Research. Please read all instructions carefully before submitting your work.

يسعدنا دعوتكم لتقديم خلاصات بحوثكم للمؤتمر القادم بعنوان مؤتمر المدينة الدولي الأول للطب النبوي التطبيقي.

إرشادات المؤلف

يجب أن يكون الباحث المشارك بملخص مؤهلا للبحث في المجال الطبي. يجب تقديم الملخص خلال المدة المحددة لتقديم الأبحاث وهي
من 1 أكتوبر 2025 وحتى 31 ديسمبر 2025.

يجب استيفاء جميع متطلبات وشروط الملخص أدناه كما يجب اتباع تعليمات التقديم بفتح حساب في نظام البحوث التابع لشركة مايكروسفت ومن ثم اتباع التعليمات لتقديم الملخص.

Dear Conference Participants

We are pleased to invite you to submit your research abstracts to the upcoming conference titled: The First Al-Madinah International Conference on Applied Prophetic Medicine.

Author Guidelines

Participating researchers submitting an abstract must be qualified in the medical field. The abstract must be submitted within the official submission window, from 1 October 2025 until 31 December 2025.

All abstract requirements and conditions listed below must be met. Please follow the submission instructions by first creating an account in the Microsoft CMT system and then following the steps to submit your abstract.

إرشادات لإعداد الملخصات

لضمان تحقيق تبادل علمي عالي الجودة، نرجو منكم بلطف الالتزام بالإرشادات التالية لإعداد الخلاصة:

الأصالة هي الأهمية البالغة:
  • يجب أن تقدم الخلاصات أعمالًا ونتائج أبحاثٍ أصلية.
  • تجنب الانتحال الذاتي او الغير (إعادة استخدام أعمالكم الخاصة دون الإشارة الصحيحة إلى المصدر).
هيكل الخلاصة:
  • يجب أن تتضمن الخلاصات عنوانًا واضحًا ومختصرًا.
  • يجب أن تنظم الخلاصة إلى أقسام مثل المقدمة، الأساليب، النتائج، والاستنتاج.
  • أكد على أهمية بحثكم.
وضوح ودقة:
  • تأكد من أن الخلاصة مكتوبة بشكل جيد ومختصرة وخالية من الأخطاء.
  • تجنب استخدام المصطلحات الفنية المبالغ فيها أو الاختصارات التي قد لا يفهمها الجميع.
الخلاصات الرسومية:
  • على الرغم من أنها اختيارية، يُشجع بشدة على تضمين الخلاصات الرسومية.
  • الخلاصة الرسومية هي تمثيل اوجز نتائج بحثك.
  • إذا تم تضمينها، تأكد من أنها تعزز فهم الخلاصة.
الإشارات والمراجع (إن وجدت):
  • تجنب تضمين الاقتباسات والمراجع في الخلاصة، حيث يُفترض أن تكون الخلاصة قطعة مستقلة من العمل الأصلي.
  • استثناء: قوموا بتضمين المراجع عند الإشارة المباشرة إلى الأبحاث المنشورة مسبقًا والتي تكون أساسية لفهم البحث.
الكلمات الرئيسية:
  • ضع قائمة تحتوي على 3-5 كلمات رئيسية ذات صلة بأبحاثكم لتسهيل عمليات البحث والفهرسة.
موضوع المؤتمر:
  • تأكد من أن الخلاصة تتماشى مع موضوع المؤتمر والمواضيع.
الطول:
  • يجب أن تكون الخلاصات مختصرة، عادة ما تتراوح بين 250-300 كلمة.
الموعد النهائي للتقديم:
  • يجب تقديم الخلاصات قبل حلول الموعد النهائي المحدد 31 ديسمبر 2025 م ولن يتم النظر في التقديم المتأخر.
الاعتبارات الأخلاقية:
  • حافظ على أعلى معايير الأخلاق في البحث والتقارير

Guidelines for Preparing Abstracts

To ensure high-quality scientific exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your abstract:

Originality Is Paramount:
  • Abstracts must present original research work and results.
  • Avoid plagiarism or self‑plagiarism (reusing prior work without proper citation).
Abstract Structure:
  • Provide a clear and concise title.
  • Organize the abstract into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  • Highlight the significance of your research.
Clarity and Precision:
  • Ensure the abstract is well written, concise, and error‑free.
  • Avoid excessive jargon or unexplained abbreviations.
Graphical Abstracts:
  • Although optional, inclusion of a graphical abstract is strongly encouraged.
  • A graphical abstract is a succinct visual representation of your key findings.
  • If included, ensure it enhances understanding of the written abstract.
Citations and References (If Any):
  • Generally avoid citations; the abstract should stand alone as an independent piece of original work.
  • Exception: Include a reference only when directly citing previously published work essential for comprehension.
Keywords:
  • Provide 3–5 relevant keywords to aid indexing and retrieval.
Conference Scope Alignment:
  • Ensure the abstract aligns with the conference theme and topics.
Length:
  • Abstracts should be concise, typically 250–300 words.
Submission Deadline:
  • Submit before the deadline of 31 December 2025; late submissions will not be considered.
Ethical Considerations:
  • Maintain the highest standards of research integrity and ethical reporting.
